Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbots to support user interactions and provide real-time assistance.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to understand user needs and optimize chatbot responses.
- Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms and fine-tune models for accuracy and context.
- Continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance based on user feedback and analytics.
- Integrate chatbot functionalities seamlessly into our existing platform to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing chatbots and conversational AI applications.
- Proficiency in NLP techniques, conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow), and programming languages like Python.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and chatbot integration with web and mobile applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to enhancing chatbot interactions.
