Mayday.ai is a centralized, AI-based platform providing real-time disaster and incident information services. Our mission is to help save lives, reduce costs, and democratize pertinent disaster information when needed most.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor events using Mayday.ai’s software, initiating internal or emergency responses based on defined criteria.
- Accurately capture event information and confirm the accuracy of data recorded in event details.
- Handle inbound telephone calls related to events/customer requests and transfer calls as required.
- Process events in a timely manner within defined time intervals.
- Place outbound calls relating to events received, including calls to government agencies, first responders, insurance, utility companies, civilians, and other entities as required.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or dispatch environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to listen attentively and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet their specific needs.
- Strong customer service, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
